Tiffany Sparkle is a single tier veil with a pencil edge (which is softly ruffled). It has Swarovski crystals scattered all over, giving this veil a lovely sparkle. Waist length is 80cm, which falls somewhere between waist and hip level. Width of tulle is 274cm. This veil is lovely and elegant, and can be worn at the back of the head or under an up-do.
